Accommodations
Suppliers have the possibility to advertise their accommodation on the menu "RENTALS". The supplier (owner or their legal representative) of the respective accommodation is responsible for the content of accommodation offers and compliance with the rules and regulations applicable for the publication of accommodation offers.
At their wish go2andalucia mediates in renting of accommodation between the supplier (owner or owner's legal representative) and the party interested in renting the accommodation for the purpose of holiday-making for a limited period of time. go2andalucia acts only as an agent.

Reservation of accommodation
Inquiries about the procurement of accommodation come in via mail, fax or phone. If the object is available, the interested party receives a confirmation of reservation containing all details about payment and handing over of the keys. At the supplier's wish payment has to be made before arrival to a bank account. Usually payment is made at arrival on-site. It is not possible to pay by credit card or cheque.
All prices are valid such as specified in the description of the object.

Arrival and Departure
Time of arrival is from 04:00pm.
Time of departure is until 10:00am.
Different arrival/departure times have to be confirmed by the agency.
For arrivals after 10:00pm and before 12:00am we charge a fee of 30.00 EUR.
For arrivals after 12:00am and before 07:00am we charge a fee of 50.00 EUR

Damages
Damages (personal injury and damage to property) are settled between the supplier (owner or owner's legal representative) and tenant. Since go2andalucia acts solely as an agent, go2andalucia cannot be held liable for claims. The supplier has a claim for compensation of all damages caused by the tenant.

Extraordinary cancellation of contract
The supplier (owner or legal representative) can cancel the contract immediately when the rules and regulations of the respective house are violated. In this case the tenant does not have a claim for reimbursement of the rent paid.

Client withdraws from contract

The client may withdraw from the contract at any time before the first rental is confirmed. The notification of the clients intention to withdraw from the contract must be in written form.

Costs for the client when cancelling the booking:

1)		Withdrawal up to 61 days prior to rental period: 50 Euros
2)		Withdrawal between the 60th and the 35th day prior to the beginning of the rental period: 50% of the total price
3)		Withdrawal 34 days prior to the beginning of the rental period or less: 80% of the total price

Providing substitute guests is possible and costs a one-time fee of 30 Euros. These substitute guests can enter instead of the main guest into the rights and duties of the contract, presuming they meet the special requirements of the contract and do not violate legal regulations or official orders.

We strongly recommend purchasing cancellation insurance!

If the guest wishes to alter his booking, such as rental period or dates of arrival and departure, we will charge an alteration fee of 30 Euros up to 90 days prior to the beginning of the rental period. Changes in booking after this date must be made by withdrawing from the contract and booking again. For withdrawal fees see conditions stated above.

Living and surrounding field
go2andalucia draws special attention to the fact that it operates in Andalusia and that no liability can be accepted for restrictions typically associated with the area. Special reference is made in this context to breakdown in the supply of electricity and water in high season, ants and other insects in rural areas and differences between Spanish and German building standards, the latter either being applied differently in Spain or not at all.

Whilst we have endeavoured to give accurate descriptions and prices, errors can occur and prices may alter due to circumstances beyond our control.

Reservation of rental car
We send a reservation confirmation to you. You pay the rental price directly to the rental company when taking delivery of the car. Business term and conditions of the respective rental company apply.
